Lisa Gatti, Leadership Class of 2003 and founder of the Pal-O-Mine Equestrian Center, recently gave an in depth interview featured here in Idea Mensch. Check it out, it's well worth the read! Pal-o-Mine Equestrian is a 501(c)3 theraputic horseback riding program that serves individuals with physical, emotional, cognitive and/or social difficulties. The article lists Lisa's significant accomplishments, honors, observations and ambitions. One of these was being chosen by the Olympic Association as the US Team Leader for the United States Equestrian Team the first year that the Para Olympics were recognized. She hopes to one day open an equine based charter school for children of varied ages and abilities to work together and develop social skills.
